A 12-week cohort-based entrepreneurship program for women in workforce and life transition. Available for organizational partnerships and direct enrollment.
Women in transition already have the skills, the resilience, and the life experience. What they are missing is a clear roadmap, a structured support system, and someone who believes in what they are capable of. That is the gap Women Launch Academy was built to close.
Returning to the workforce, starting over after a major life change, leaving survival mode, or simply done waiting for the right moment that never comes.
A structured, practical program that fits real life, built around the actual constraints women face, not an idealized version of entrepreneurship.
12 weeks. One session per week. 75 minutes. Virtual. A cohort of 10 to 15 women who build together. Every participant leaves with a launch-ready business, not just a better idea.
Workforce development programs, nonprofits, community colleges, and women's organizations looking to deliver entrepreneurship programming. We handle the curriculum, facilitation, and all participant materials.
Explore a partnershipNo prior business experience required. Just the decision to bet on yourself. If you are in transition, starting over, or ready to build something of your own, this is your program.

Lorelle Woods is the founder of Women Launch Academy and creator of The Launch Blueprint. With a background in program coordination at YWCA Houston, entrepreneurship education, and community operations, she has spent years developing and delivering programs that give women the tools, structure, and support to build real businesses.
At YWCA Houston, Lorelle developed and facilitated an introductory entrepreneurship program that became the foundation of everything she builds today. The program she created was so impactful that her organization was selected to host the WE360 Conference — a national women's entrepreneurship event. Through her pitch competitions and entrepreneurship programming, the women she has coached and supported have collectively won over $50,000 in business funding. Her work has attracted sponsorships from major corporations including Coca-Cola and Comcast.
Women Launch Academy is the next chapter — a fully packaged, nationally available program that brings that same quality of support to women in transition everywhere.
Whether you represent an organization or you are a woman ready to build, we would love to hear from you.
